I joined TOPS and have lost 2lbs. a week. TOPS is a great way to join in, go to meetings, have fun, make freinds and have an awesome support system. We weigh in weekly before our meetings and share ideas and join contests. I have learned to cut down on my portion size, eat better and exercise (at least go for a 30 min walk) 5 days a week. I am feeling alot better, people comment on my weightloss and I just wanted to share the info with you as I didn't know much about the TOPS program. Its very very positive. wwwtops.org
